The Process

Once we have received your CV and made contact with you, one of our consultants will discuss our range of opportunities with you and help you to identify what position would suit you best. We will listen to your requirements about where you want to work and what sort of company you want to work for. Matchtech will then contact companies on your behalf, concentrating on those that match your criteria. We will arrange interviews, fully briefing you on the company as well as directions on how to get there. Once we receive feedback from all parties we will discuss if applicable the offer, arranging start dates, packages and the terms of employment.
