Commission
Matchtech Group operates generous commission schemes at all levels throughout the organisation. All commission schemes are uncapped and paid monthly. Commission packages can be made up from:
  • Personal commission – at rising percentage rates based upon revenue created and maintained
  • Team commission – an element of team commission related to group targets End of quarter bonuses – rewarding the hitting of personal targets
At Senior levels, we also operate profit based schemes rewarding annual profit returns.
Share Scheme

Matchtech Group runs two employee Share Schemes, which are designed to allow employees to share in the success of the Company.

Matchtech “Match” allows all employees to purchase up to £1,500 of shares from their pre-tax salary. In addition for every share that you buy Matchtech will “Match” with one extra free share.

Matchtech “LTIP” is our Long Term Incentive Plan. This scheme rewards all levels of staff from Senior Consultant upwards. Staff are awarded an annual grant of zero priced shares. The LTIP starts at a grant of £3,000 of zero priced shares per year for Senior Consultant level.
Incentives
In addition to our uncapped commission scheme we regularly run incentives with rewards such as holiday vouchers and team meal awards.
Group Personal Pension Scheme
Matchtech Group runs a Group Personal Pension Scheme that you will be eligible to join from day one. After one year Matchtech will match your contributions up to levels of 1% for one year, 3% for the second year and 5% thereafter.
Private Health Insurance
From Team Leader level you will be eligible for Private Medical Insurance.
Company Car/ Car Allowance
Consultants are eligible to qualify for a company car/car allowance subject to meeting targets and subsequently on promotion. Expected qualification is generally between 12 to 24 months. The company car scheme allows a wide choice of vehicles.
Holiday
Standard Holidays are 23 days per annum but additional days are provided with length of service rising to a maximum of 30 days.
Leisure Membership
We provide annual discounted Golf and Gym Membership at a local Golf & Country Club
Long Service Awards
Matchtech firmly believe in the strength we gain from longevity of service of individual employees. When staff achieve certain milestones in their career with Matchtech it is important that their achievement is recognised by everyone in the Company. We recognise long service with 'Red Letter Days' that increase in value on a 5 yearly term.
REC Memberships
All Consultants are enrolled on the "Certificate in Recruitment Practice" Qualification which results in Individual Membership to the R.E.C. Matchtech pays for your annual membership of the REC.
Childcare Vouchers
Matchtech Group run a Childcare Voucher Scheme. This is run on a salary sacrifice basis and is open to all employees
Wedding Bonus
To help you on your way, Matchtech Group provides a discretionary bonus to celebrate your wedding. This is equivalent to one weeks’ basic salary
Social Events
We have a strong team ethos at Matchtech Group and our staff enjoy a lively social scene including; yearly trip to Goodwood, Christmas Party, End of Quarter drinks. There are also football, cricket and netball teams to join
Referral Scheme
We like to encourage our staff to recommend like minded people for our internal vacancies. As a reward we give a discretionary £500 bonus to employees who refer new staff.
