Training Programme

We are currently looking for graduates to join our trainee recruitment consultant programme for 2010. As one of the largest graduate employers in Hampshire, we are looking for graduates with a natural sales ability who are looking to build a progressive business career in recruitment.

Duties include explaining our service to client companies, forming strong business relationships over the telephone, and assessing the relevance of candidate experience.

We offer full and comprehensive training as well as an excellent basic salary with uncapped commission.

What does our programme offer?

• Working with Matchtech Group plc you will receive a basic salary together with commission based on your achievements.
• In the first year you should expect to earn up to £26K OTE. In the second year you should achieve upto £30K OTE and a company car.
