Flagship renews multi million contract

Matchtech Group Plc, the technical recruitment specialists, has been awarded a further three year contract as managed service provider to Flagship Training Ltd. The extension is an endorsement of Matchtech’s success in placing training, IT support, technical specialists and administration support staff for Flagship, who are one of the UK’s leading military and maritime training organisations.

With over 1500 employees, Flagship rely on Matchtech as a single point of contact to provide contract and permanent staff across Hampshire and the South West. In addition to their role as the Royal Navy’s commercial marketing partner, Flagship also provides training solutions for a diverse range of military and commercial clients including Network Rail, and many other leaders in the engineering and defence industries.

Huw Jones of Matchtech believes the renewal of the Managed Service contract reflects a very successful working relationship between Matchtech and Flagship. As well as providing direct cost savings, the partnership has enabled Flagship to reduce their indirect costs and free staff to perform their core duties.
