Matchtech Group Awarded ISO 14001:1996 — Environme

Matchtech has been awarded the certification to ISO 14001:1996 Environmental Management. The Governing Body of QAIC, granted certification to Matchtech on the 26th November 2004, to add to Matchtech’s already impressive list of accreditations.

ISO 14001:1996 is an internationally recognised standard which outlines requirements and objectives allowing businesses to demonstrate sound environmental practices without having a detrimental effect on the environment.

This award demonstrates Matchtech’s innovative and forward thinking approach and ensures the implementation of regular reviews, thus creating a safer working environment for employees.

This certification has been designed to be compatible with other management systems and specifications. Combined with Matchtech’s existing ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001-1999 Quality Management Systems, this creates a truly integrated collection of systems designed to ensure that Matchtech continue to work to the highest levels.
