Diversity Assured Recruitment Accreditation

Matchtech have successfully undertaken the Diversity Assured health-check and Audit service. In gaining accreditation we are able to clearly demonstrate our commitment to diversity and our ability to deliver high quality recruitment that fully embraces diversity.

Diversity Assured was developed as the follow-up to the REC/Jobcentre Plus Diversity Pledge which received official backing and support from the Government. The new service – which is delivered through the REC's Partner organisation Birmingham Professional DiverCity, included an on-site visit by an external auditor and underlines the crucial role that Matchtech play in helping client organisations to effectively deliver their diversity strategies through the recruitment process.
