Matchtech given NHS stamp of approval

Matchtech Group PLC, the technical recruitment specialists, have been approved as suppliers to NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency’s (NHS PASA) national framework agreement, under which the NHS will recruit temporary staff, including IT, Data Analysis, Procurement, HR, Training and Scientific posts. In order to become approved framework agreement suppliers Matchtech underwent a lengthy tendering process, along with a large number of other recruitment agencies. Matchtech had to meet extremely high standards of operation, as well as demonstrating competitive pricing and a proven track record.

Matchtech have supplied permanent and contract staff to the NHS and other public sector organisations for over 20 years, building an impressive portfolio. They run a team dedicated to the NHS account, providing both temporary and full time staff in a broad range of health service disciplines including procurement professionals, IT specialists, HR Managers and Scientists

In running the PASA approval process, the NHS consulted with the REC on how to assess suitable agencies. REC credentials were recognised by the NHS as part of the selection process. Having only last year become one of the first recruitment agencies to receive the REC’s Audited Status, reflecting the highest levels of operation and service standards, Matchtech’s commitments to providing a high quality service was quite evident.

IT Divisional Director, Darryl Crossley believes the PASA recognition is a testimony to his NHS team’s hard work and dedication. The PASA approval permits Matchtech to take part in The Procurement Solutions Exhibition 2006 at Earls Court on 20 and 21 June, which is a must for suppliers to the NHS and The Public Sector.
