Inform Online Recruitment Management System

Matchtech's Inform is an advanced online Recruitment Management System, which offers web-based tracking and vacancy management tools to our clients.

Designed, developed and supported by our own IT Systems team, Inform facilitates the flow of information between Matchtech, our associate agencies and the client's nominated personnel on a 24 hour access basis, enabling greater efficiencies to be created.

Inform is a system that can be used by Procurement personnel, Finance and Accounts, HR personnel and Hiring Managers to ensure shared knowledge on the recruitment of contractors, temporary workers and permanent staff.

Key Features

Matchtech always aims to improve the vacancy fulfilment rates of our clients, so Inform has been designed to enhance successful recruitment processes through people and technology working efficiently together. Specific benefits include:

• Each of your nominated users of Inform has a Personal Homepage, which displays an overview of their vacancies in real time. The complete company picture, showing all departments' vacancies, can be seen by certain designated personnel if required.
• Each user can create vacancies, make amendments and use a Vacancy Management System to evaluate progress on all open vacancies.
• You can view CV submissions made to your vacancies, request more information and provide feedback on candidates, schedule interviews and confirm offers to start.
• If you are hiring temporary workers, you can also use our Contractor Management System to allow you to control the Matchtech Contractors you have working at your premises.

Our Supplier Network

Inform is also a single contact channel for Matchtech's network of associate agencies who support the fulfilment of vacancies in areas that are not mainstream to us ON OUR Master Vendor projects. Working under agreed procedures with yourself, Matchtech may assign vacancies to selected 2nd tier agencies who will submit CVs through Inform. These CV submissions are administered by us to ensure correct processes are followed, including the de-duplication of applications. The agencies we contact can include companies suggested by yourself, although to ensure procedures meet with the stringent requirements of our REC Audited quality processes, we will need to appoint them as a formal partner to us.
