Matchtech are working with KBR who will provide FEED and PMS services to develop the process design, layout, integration and optimisation of the facility, develop equipment and material specifications, prepare EPC bid packages and develop an estimate for the construction of the refinery.

The refinery will manufacture approximately 75,000 bpd of gasoline, 100,000-160,000 bpd of ultra-low-sulfur diesel (10 parts per million), and 160,000-220,000 bpd of fuel oil, 20.0 million tons/annum & 400,000 bbl/day
