Introduction:

We are currently seeking an individual to join a busy Pharmaceutical team as a Recruitment Consultant

Job Specification:

Working as part of a close knit team in a sociable environment, you will be responsible for building business relationships with national and international Pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract research organisations, finechemical manufacturers, as well as leading healthcare organisations, the names behind many leading brands. Your ultimate goal will be to promote the company's permanent and contract recruitment service by providing excellent service levels to both new and existing customers.
Full training will be provided coupled with on-going support and development as well as scope for career progression.

You will be an enthusiastic, self motivated graduate (any degree discipline) with drive and ambition to succeed. Previous experience in sales or customer services would be beneficial but is non essential as long as you have determination, excellent interpersonal skills and high aspirations. This role offers a basic starting salary of £16-18K with first year on target earnings of £24-26K, with the potential to earn significantly more it subsequent years.
