Introduction:
Test and commisioning engineer required for Aerospace and Defence client in Flintshire. Candidates must have experience o test plans, various test equipment, electronics manufacture and hardware test.
Job Specification:
As part of continued growth within the business, my client is seeking to further develop the test and commissioning capability within the Motor Controls and Actuation team. This has resulted in the following opportunities:
Qualified to degree level in electronics or a related discipline, the successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of test of new and existing products. Working closely with the design team, they will be responsible for implementation and development of test processes designed to ensure compliance to product specifications. Candidates should have experience in an electronics manufacturing or development environment and should be familiar with the use of various types of test equipment, in particular National Instrument hardware test platforms.
Knowledge of embedded software would be an advantage, as would the use of labview test programs.
