An excellent opportunity for a Assistant level CDM Coordinator to work for a large and well established consultancy.
Job Specification:
Requirements
Relevant degree ie. Health & Safety/Environmental Management NEBOSH (preferably Construction) qualified
Punctuality and input of time as necessary to get the job done.
Numerically accurate.
Familiarity with contractual obligations, breaches and remedies.
Effective and efficient production of Pre-Tender Information Packs, Health and Safety File and other associated CDM documents
Reviewing of contractors Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Appreciation of job resource requirements to enable suitable job costing and production of fee estimates.
Referral of potential problem areas to Senior Manager
To manage Client and duty holders interface at appropriate levels of responsibility on a project by project basis.
Effective and efficient knowledge of a range of project procurement options and services offered by F&G
Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on own initiative
Ability to advise Clients on procurement options and consultant appointment issues
Knowledge and understanding of the component parts of CDM 2007 and other Health and Safety Issues.
