Introduction:
An excellent opportunity for a Small Works Quantity Surveyor to work for a well established large construction contractor
Job Specification:
This is a commercial function within the maintenance department. The role involves traditional surveying on larger jobs as well as an element of pricing on smaller works. Working with schedules is important and particularly key is the ability to work with the National Schedule of Rates (as used by Somerset County Council).
Requirements:
Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying position
Experience within the construction industry, ideally with maintenance and small works
Full drivers license
