Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a design-focused architect to exercise their creative talent. Working with prestigious clients, you will provide innovative design solutions on a variety of challenging and exciting projects.
Job Specification:
They have a strong portfolio of international work, especially throughout the Middle East. As such, this post will present opportunities for short or long term secondment overseas. They are looking for a RIBA Part III or ARB registered architect with demonstrable ability to produce buildings of architectural merit. You must have significant post-qualification experience and will be participating in all aspects of design, project management, dealing with clients' enquiries, attending site and client meetings. Candidates must have the ability to communicate graphically and orally. You will be managing architectural commissions from inception through to completion as well as assisting in the execution of projects within defined design and cost parameters. Candidates will be involved in the management of small projects or sections of larger projects, so as to achieve the clients’ objectives to cost and programme and will be building and maintaining client relationships.
