Leading Engineering Services Company are looking for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator to manage personnel requirements, supporting key activities in the construction and commissioning capability. Reporting to the Logistics Manager.
Job Specification:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Offshore Personnel, including CV managements, organising trades tests, training and travel
Maintaining training records
Up keep of Competency process (Skillscomp)
Logistics
Assessments
Working knowledge in the following areas required:
Construction Teams Function
OCA Terms and conditions
Understanding of pay structures (OCA, PAYE, Agency and Ltd Co)
Projects Cost Structures
Construction personnel training requirements
Overseas travel booking
Reimbursable & Non-reimbursable costs
Oilfield HR Processes
Overseas Mobilisation Procedures
Qualifications
Experience in the offshore construction environment
