Job Specification:
As part of our continuing expansion, we have a requirement for a Contract Manager based at our Reading Regional Office.
Reporting to the Sector Manager, the key responsibilities and accountabilities will include the ability to:
Managing sector and other Cofathec staff to ensure that they are focussed on providing a quality service level.
To assist staff in meeting client KPIs.
To supervise subcontractors in their service delivery.
Managing Supervisors, assisting with their development.
To ensure all Cofathec employees work in a safe manner at all times.
Energy budget.
Making certain that Company paperwork is received on the correct dates from employees and sent to the local office.
Vehicle inspection.
Ensuring staff wear Company provided clothing and are smartly dressed.
Carrying out routine appraisals.
Contract retention.
Interviewing new staff.
To allocate equipment and ensure its return.
To manage equipment safety checks and calibration.
Staff expense claims.
To adhere to Company protocol and guidelines.
Ensure that safe systems of work are in place.
Financial control.
Financial restraint on contracts with regard to labour allocation and operating cost.
Work in progress.
Invoicing.
Contract energy.
Attending client or internal Company meetings.
Aged debt.
Communication to other Company staff.
Preventing unauthorised absence from work.
Managing resources.
New business.
Contract mobilisation.
Self-delivery of service.
Accreditations.
Client reports.
Managing contracts.
Maintain confidentiality concerning all client and Company matters.
