Introduction:
Our Client is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Consultant to work as a member of the firm’s compliance management team in providing health and safety services to both internal and external clients.
Job Specification:
Applicants will be responsible for developing a wide range of services varying from occupational or construction health and safety, CDM advice, CDM coordination and risk management services. Consultancy services can include all of the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of their clients’ businesses. You will be expected to provide construction health and safety and CDM advice and to fulfil the role of CDM coordinator on several projects to comply with the duties of the CDM regulations 2007. You will provide robust solutions for external clients in the management of their occupational or construction health and safety. These services will vary across the range of strategic guidance, policy statements, procedures, audits and developing and implementing training programmes. Projects will include refurbishment and/or new construction of office buildings, retail spaces, educational, recreational, sport and transport facilities and infrastructures. For both internal and external clients there is a need to take responsibility for the maintenance and development of the business areas and to promote and market the services. High technical and commercial standards must be established and maintained; quality of work and ‘added value’ for our clients are priorities.
