Introduction:
Our client are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Specialist Product Support who will be responsible for promoting and supporting the complete SRS – Sensormatic product range and Sales force within the UK and other assigned areas.
Job Specification:
Reporting directly to the Product Support Manager the post holder will maintain high level of key prospects/customer contact by conducting customer visits and country tours in support of the sales force.
They will plan and implement the launch of new products into EMEA sales Channels which will include transitions (inventory management), promotion, service programs, training and support issues. Working with product companies, market managers, service and field sales management. Monitor quality, product changes, customer satisfaction and training.
This role will play a key role as Champion of the SRS SBU with specified geographical area, managing the active product performance, training sales people supporting sales on customer site, supporting new product development programs. Collect market information in support of the global marketing team.
We are looking for an customer focused, self-motivated, action oriented individual they must possess good technical knowledge of electronic and network products, experience with product development programs and sales training
The successful candidate will be based in the UK and be prepared to travel throughout Europe.
