Aufgaben:
- Überwachung des Baus der Wasserinfrastruktur einschließlich der Zuläufe für Oberflächenwasser, Grundwasserabstraktionen, Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen, Rohrleitungen, Reservoirs, Pumpstationen und des Verteilungsnetzwerks
- Unterstützung im Vorfeld des Baus, z.B. während des Angebotsprozesses, in der Angebotsbewertung und der Vertragsvorbereitung
- Erstellung von Angebotsdokumenten gemäß der Anforderungen von Finanzinstitutionen und des Kunden
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens mit Fokus auf Baumanagement
- Mind. 10 Jahre Erfahrung in internationalen Wasserbau-Projekten
- Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager von internationalen Projektteams
- Interkulturelles Verständnis, Flexibilität und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der FIDIC-Verträge (rotes und gelbes Buch)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu langfristigen Auslandsaufenthalten
- Erfahrung als Bauaufsicht in Projekten in Osteuropa oder im Mittleren Osten ist erwünscht
Engineer - Water Supply Infrastructure (m/f)
Tasks:
- Construction Supervision for the complete range of water supply infrastructure, including, e.g. surface water intakes, groundwater abstraction, water treatment plants, transmission pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations and distribution network
- Pre-construction services, e.g. assistance to the Client during Tender Process, Tender Evaluation and Contract Preparation, etc.
- Preparation of Tender Documents according to the requirements of the Financing Institutions and the Client
Requirements:
- You are a graduate Civil Engineer (MSc or equivalent) with emphasis on construction management
- At least 10 years of international professional experience in water supply projects
- At least 5 years experience as project manager of teams composed of international and local experts
- Intercultural understanding, cooperativeness and flexibility form your profile
- Good knowledge of FIDIC-contracts (Red and Yellow book)
- Excellent English, additional French or Spanish would be an asset
- Willing to travel for short and long term assignments
- International experience in construction management in water supply projects preferably in Eastern Europe and the Middle East
