Important: Experience selling valves into the water industry
Introduction:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced internal sales professional to join a leading valve specialist within the water industry.
Job Specification:
Based in their Birmingham office the successful candidate will report to the Technical Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquires
- Preparing quotations
- Advising customers on solutions
- Management of customer orders
- Liaising with other departments
- Assembly and test of electrical/pneumatic valves
The ideal candidate will have:
- Indepth knowledge of valves (preferably from the water industry); Gate, butterfly, check, needle and penstock
- Internal sales experience
- Experience with the water industry (preferable)
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and motivation
- Commercial awareness
A driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
The salary on offer is up to £33k plus benefits.
