The Job

An independent, fast growing firm near Kirkcaldy have an immediate requirement for a Junior Control Systems Engineer working across a broad range of industries.

The company you would be joining offer fully integrated design, commissioning and support services for control and automation systems to a high standard from an engineering and service perspective. You will have the chance to work across a diverse range of industries including Food & Beverage, Power Generation, Paper and Textiles for many varying applications for both hazardous and non-hazardous areas.

The successful candidate will ideally have some industrial exposure to Electrical Control Panels, Drives and PLC/SCADA systems, working with Functional Design and User Requirement Specs. Software coding and commissioning would also be advantageous.
No specific system knowledge is necessary, however Siemens and Rockwell would be beneficial.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a junior level individual who’s keen to progress, and the chance to received training whilst gaining experience in this all encompassing role. Applicants must have a ‘hands on’ approach to work and willing to be involved at all stages of the project.
