The Job

As the Business Improvement Consultant you will work closely with clients, analysing processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing / implementing solutions. There is a particular focus on improving regulatory compliance, cost, quality and customer/employee experiences. The main projects that you will be working on include Customer Service, Acquisition and Retention, Debt Processes and Complaints Processes. Therefore experience in at least two of these areas in a commercial environment is essential.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Strategic review of key customer processes
• Project management of operational process improvements
• Providing support and guidance to ensure business buy-in
• Developing strong relationships between the Business Improvement team, business operations and key support functions

Experience required:

• Extensive continuous / business improvement knowledge and a proven track record in leading successful programmes or projects against an agreed delivery framework.
• Experience managing business improvement projects in Customer Service, Acquisition and Retention, Debt Processes and Complaints Processes
• Ideally experience of Lean Six Sigma or other change methodologies
• Experience scoping out, identifying and delivering Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery and People improvements
• Flexibility to travel nationally
