THE ROLE:

This is an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to join an award winning and rapidly growing Microsoft Gold Partner. You will be involved on enterprise-level global projects and be responsible for the:

• managing day-to-day activity,

• operational performance, managing incidents and ensuring best practice is adhered to.

• facilitating client workshops and Service review meetings.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

For this Technical Service Delivery Manager role, you will have:

• proven ability of delivering and managing Microsoft projects,

• technical understanding of either SharePoint / Cloud / Business Intelligence / CRM projects,

• ITIL experience – ideally accreditation,

• project management experience, either PRINCE2 or Agile.

• excellent communication / presentation skills.

• proven client management and engagement experience

SALARY:

circa £50 - 60k basic + bonus + excellent benefits
