Introduction

.NET / SharePoint Technical Consultant required to join a Microsoft Gold partner and leader in their field – good exposure to SharePoint development, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML. Desirable – JQuery, XSLT - £38K.

The Job

A Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in their field has a fantastic opportunity for a skilled .NET developer with strong SharePoint experience looking for their next step. Working for a leading consultancy you will need to be able to work well as part of a team but equally feel comfortable working on your own and being a self starter.

Responsibilities will include full life cycle development, testing, documentation and communicating with clients. You will be well versed with the Microsoft frame work and will also have good exposure to SharePoint ’07 and above including SharePoint Object Model development. Other skills required include customising web parts, CAML, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS and XSLT.

Ideally the successful .NET / SharePoint Technical Consultant will have had some experience working for a consultancy (preferably blue chip or banking) and will have experience working in an Agile environment (XP / Paired programming a bonus). Experience of having worked on the development of multiple intranets would be highly desirable.
