Introduction

My client operates a specialist facility performing leading research into bio fuels, and due to the success of a number of projects they are seeking an experienced analytical chemist to join their team.

Previous industry experience performing HPLC and GC testing

The Job

To provide practical and technical support to the laboratory team with:
- Sample and reagent preparation,
- Performing GC and HPLC testing and data analysis
- Working flexibly and adaptably as an integral member of a dynamic team

The hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and there is also a possibility of weekend work by mutual consent.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:
At least a BSc in Chemistry or related subject,
Proven commercial or industrial laboratory experience,
Excellent communication skills,
Excellent team-working skills.
