CMMS Analyst

Introduction

Our client is currently seeking a CMMS Analyst to operate and maintain their CMMS and its interfaces with cost, materials and planning groups.

The Job

You will be required to undertake the co-ordination and optimisation of spares listed against PMRs within CMMS as well as configuring and preparing system reports. You will also assist in the effective cost management of maintenance activities. You will liaise regularly with offshore end users to ensure effective use of system and its associated applications

You will carry out regular data checks to ensure compliance with data structure, correct and complete format with required level of history and report findings regularly. You will maintain asset register and equipment hierarchies as well as monitoring, managing and reporting compliances and any backlog and forelog. You will undertake rigorous CMMS change management as well as uploading project modifications data and PMR revisions.

Ideally you will have experience of the offshore Oil & Gas industry and have a good understanding of operations & maintenance associated within this industry. You will have sound knowledge of CMMS for delivery solutions and asset maintenance requirements. You will have experience of CMMS data manipulation and analysis of maintenance history information. We are also very interested in speaking to candidates that have onshore CMMS experience.
