Our client is currently seeking a Planning Engineer to assist them on their major front end design project.

Job description

The successful candidate will be required to prepare the project WBS and CBS as well as detailing the schedule of project activities and support for budget/forecast preparation. They will also be required to prepare project progress and cost reports. They will be responsible for integrating contractor's schedules into the project master schedule and identifying critical path activities.

As well as undertaking main planning duties, the P&C Engineer will check physical progress and actual costs against plans and budgets. They will plan and control all procurement and contract plans, undertake the preparation of contractual procedures/specs and provide support to contract administration. They will also undertake earned value analysis.

We are very interested in receiving application from candidates who have experience with P6 and MS Project and previous experience on major onshore/offshore oil and gas projects.
