Job description

Key responsibilities: Oversee quality control and assist in the implementation of SPA's safety, health, environmental and quality performance. Assist the QS with quantities and project progress Support the Site Agent with day to day running of the site. Act under the Site Manager as a supervisor on site for specialist subcontractors. Transfer digital and paper data/drawings onto site, and back into digital models enabling accurate and auditable record keeping

You should have a proactive approach to resolving unexpected technical difficulties, with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm to innovate and get the job done. Experienced Site Manager, able to lead by example Civil Engineering background in the Construction / Water Industry Experience of working in Design & Build Thorough understanding of safety, environmental and quality management processes Thorough understanding of commercial, contractual and procurement processes NEC / JCT awareness Good knowledge of temporary works Experience of both incident and near miss reporting SMSTS / CSCS Full clean UK driving licence
