Being a hub for designing, testing, manufacturing, and assembling cutting-edge landing gear used in various commercial aircraft, as well as UK military aircraft.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you will contribute to the program, industrial, and quality teams, ensuring the achievement of surveillance KPIs. As a part of our dynamic multi-disciplined team, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your expertise in Special Processes (Heat Treat, NDT, Shot peen, Chemical Processing, Coatings, Grinding, etc.) to assess, select, and ensure ongoing compliance with new and existing suppliers.
- Providing support during supplier selection and new program launches.
- Conducting investigations and formally reporting findings within the organization and to our customers using standard quality tools such as 8D, etc.
- Administering continuous improvement techniques (FMEA, Gauge R & R, SPC, etc.).
- Ensuring efficient/effective closure of RCCA.
- Supporting FAIR/DVI reviews and approvals, incorporating APQP.
- Assisting internal teams as necessary.
- Promoting and applying Lean principles in all Special Processing activities.
- Reviewing and approving manufacturing data.
- Updating and maintaining Quality systems and SharePoint sites.
What do we need from you?
- Lead Assessor qualified.
- Essential experience with ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP.
- Desirable knowledge of CAA Part 21/145.
