Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality guidelines.
• Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
• Monitor material usage, equipment, and resources, optimizing their utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, report on project status, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any potential issues or obstacles to maintain smooth project execution.
• Foster a positive and safety-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Foreman in civil engineering, preferably in the water industry
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in construction.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
