Position: PLC Control Systems Engineer
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid working 3 days on site)


Job Description: We are seeking a skilled PLC Control Systems Engineer to contribute to our pioneering project. As a PLC Control Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing control systems for our innovative technology. Working closely with a dedicated team of engineers, you will deliver sophisticated control solutions that enhance the performance and sustainability of large vessels. Your expertise in PLC programming and control system design will be key to driving the success of our revolutionary technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain PLC-based control systems for new marine technology.
  • Utilize industry-standard PLC programming environments to create robust and efficient control solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PLC programming and control system design, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Beckhoff Experience
  • Programming with Structured text
  • Proficiency in industry-standard PLC programming environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
