Senior Ground Investigation Engineer - Norwich

Our client, a leading Ground Investigation company in Norwich, is currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various geotechnical projects, with a focus on interpretive reporting, phase I&II report writing, and desk studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in geotechnical engineering
• Manage and supervise graduate engineers and operational works
• Conduct interpretive reporting and geotechnical analysis
• Write phase I&II reports, desk studies, and factual report writing
• Oversee multiple projects and perform project management duties
• Work both in the office and on-site, with a roughly 50/50 split

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in geotechnical engineering
• Strong knowledge of interpretive reporting and report writing
• Understanding of desk studies and phase I&II reporting
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our client offers a competitive salary between £38,000 and £45,000, along with a car allowance. This is an immediate requirement, as they have been actively seeking a qualified candidate for several months.
