Our client is a reputable engineering/control/automation/integration company in the Smart Manufacturing sector, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Regulatory Compliance Trainer to join their team. As the Regulatory Compliance Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering specialised training programs to internal employees and external clients.

Role Overview


In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing training courses that cover a range of subjects, including Validation, GAMP, and regulatory compliance standards. Your expertise will ensure that participants are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the rigorous standards set forth by authoritative bodies such as the FDA and EMA. As the industry continuously evolves, you will also be responsible for keeping training materials up to date with the latest developments and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs in the life sciences sector
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments and regulatory changes to update training content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to trainee satisfaction and knowledge retention
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to identify and address client training needs
  • Promote our clients training services through various channels to enhance the company's reputation

Training Development and Delivery

  1. Design, develop, and deliver training courses focusing on Validation, GAMP, and other relevant topics in the life sciences sector.
  2. Ensure that all training materials and content are up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Regulatory Compliance

  1. Stay informed about new regulations and guidelines from bodies such as the FDA, EMA, and other regulatory authorities
  2. Educate employees on regulatory requirements related to the life sciences industry

Continuous Learning and Improvement

  1. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  2. Encourage and facilitate continuous learning among internal trainees
  3. Solicit feedback from clients post-training to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  4. Use client feedback to refine training offerings and develop new solutions that meet evolving market demands

Revenue Targets and Reporting

  1. Establish clear performance metrics for the training programs, such as trainee satisfaction, knowledge retention, and application of skills in the workplace
  2. Achieve specific targets related to the number of training sessions conducted, the number of employees trained, and the impact of training on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets for training solutions offered to external clients

Business Development and Client Relations

  1. Identify and engage potential clients in the life sciences industry who would benefit from specialised training in Validation, GAMP, and regulatory compliance
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges to tailor training solutions effectively

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in the life sciences sector
  • In-depth knowledge of Validation, GAMP, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Experience in client relations and business development within the life sciences industry
  • A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning
  • Sales and marketing experience, particularly in promoting training programs, is advantageous
