Job description

An established south coast business going through the largest digital transformation in its history is seeking an Asset Management Transformation Consultant to play a key role in supporting the transformation of asset capability across the organization.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyse data from external and internal sources to identify opportunities for improvement and drive the implementation of effective asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the development and implementation of a competency framework for asset management
• Create strategic asset management plans and collaborate with stakeholders to build development plans
• Develop an internal asset management tool and establish a robust framework for its usage
• Ensure the successful integration of the asset management system, highlighting the value it brings to the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices in asset management

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in asset management, with a deep understanding of asset management principles and practices
• IAM certification or diploma in asset management (desirable)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to challenge existing plans and drive transformation initiatives
• Experience in utilities or a related industry is advantageous
• Resilient and able to take control in a fast-paced environment
