Job Type:
Contract, 3 days per week

Location:
South London

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule possessions and access to the railway infrastructure
• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Create possession plans and associated documentation
• Monitor possession progress and make necessary adjustments
• Communicate with relevant parties regarding any changes or updates to the planned possessions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to possessions
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during possessions

Requirements:

• Experience in possession planning
• Knowledge of SSOWP (Safe System of Work Planning)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Railhub Access
• PPS Access
