Three wins for Matchtech at the IRP awards

Matchtech is celebrating after three major successes at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards. The IRP was founded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in 2009 to meet the needs of professionals who deliver the UK’s recruitment services, and the awards are designed to celebrate excellence in recruitment.
The company won in three catagories as follows:
Best Newcomer of the Year
Mitch Preston-Phypers - Matchtech
Temporary Consultant of the Year
Nick Rowe – Matchtech
The Eileen Simpson Award for Outstanding Contribution
Emma Kitchener- Matchtech
Keith Lewis, Managing Director of Matchtech, said; “It’s great to see Matchtech staff recognised and rewarded for their hard work and professionalism. All of the awards are thoroughly deserved and such a great result encourages us to continue to invest in the development of our staff in order to demonstrate excellence in all that we do.”
Over 450 recruitment professionals joined the REC at the Lancaster Hotel to celebrate and witness what best practice in the recruitment industry looks like. The host for the night was BBC Breakfast’s Bill Turnbull.
