2004 Annual Report Released

Matchtech Group plc have recently published the results of their Annual Report and Accounts 2004. The past year has seen the Group achieve significant growth with a turnover reaching £94.8m, indicating a 25% increase on last year.

This growth has been attributed to the increased levels of retained business through the new Managed Service Division, which provides project management for major clients, as well as new areas being successfully developed.

Central to Matchtech’s business strategy has been the quality of service provided to its clients. Continued investment and in-house development of new IT systems has resulted in enhanced customer service and high levels of sales performance.

Managing Director Paul Raine said "This year the Group has both exceeded its budget and moved forward with several important new growth strategies that are central to achieving our corporate goal. We have also taken further steps to ensure that our processes are always efficient and that we use the best technologies available. Once again we have invested in the development of technology to reflect the needs of the business and to provide us with an edge".

The Group’s performance has made Matchtech an increasingly attractive business partner to clients. Matchtech is now well established as one of the leading technical recruitment agencies in the UK, as well as being recognised as the largest recruitment agency in the South.
