Our client offer's a full service to meet the energy assessment needs of today's world and is looking for graduates to become fully-accredited energy assessors.
Job Specification:
Once you have completed training you will be responsible for carrying out assessments on domestic, commercial and public buildings. For domestic buildings, You will carry out SAP assessments and also rate buildings against the Code for Sustainable Homes. For commercial and public buildings, you will undertake SBEM/DSM and DEC assessments. Our clients status as a CLG-approved accreditation body means they are also able to issue the required Energy Performance Certificates, as well as Display Energy Certificates for public buildings. Suitable candidates will be degree qualified from a UK University in a Mechanical, building Services or environmental discipline, be computer literate and be looking for a role in Energy assessment of buildings. Full training towards accreditation available.
