Introduction:
We require a freelance Building Surveyor to work on a variety of Local Authority non residential maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Job Specification:
Working within the Estate Maintenance department alongside the Maintenance Manager you will have partial responsibility for co-ordinating the Councils revenue building works programmes and will be heavily involved in the management of the Councils routine service and maintenance contracts for the commercial and public building portfolio.
This is a contract based position that will run to at least Christmas and possibly considerably longer.
Start date is Monday 13th October.
