Although Matchtech has worked with Prysmian for many years, the Master Vendor Contract was formally signed in June 2004. Matchtech then became responsible for the supply of all contract and permanent staff across all disciplines. The agreement was renewed in 2007 and again in 2010.

Working in collaboration with the HR team SLAs and KPIs have been agreed, along with a recruitment processes that is refined and adjusted to meet the ever changing needs of the business.

Working in close co-operation with the manufacturing team, a testing regime has been agreed and implemented, allowing new contractors to begin work without having to pre-meet managers - ensuring only high quality contractors are employed and that Prysmian's management team are free to concentrate on their core business.
