Your Career
At Matchtech Group we have a strong ethos for promotion from within - all of our senior management team and directors have been promoted internally from fee-earning Recruitment Consultants. Team leader status in 3 to 4 years is very achievable, and typically we would expect your career to progress on a yearly basis:
- Year 1 - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Year 2 - Recruitment Consultant
- Year 3 - Senior Consultant
- Year 4 - Lead Consultant / Team Leader.
- There are further promotion opportunities to Department Manager, Principal Consultant, Divisional Manager and even Divisional Director
Promotion at Matchtech Group is determined by your overall performance and many talented individuals find themselves progressing quickly through the organisation. Your overall team contribution, ability to meet targets, desire to succeed, and your willingness to take on responsibility are more important than length of service alone.
