As a Recruitment Consultant at Matchtech Group plc your duties will involve developing business relationships with Clients and selling out recruitment service, Recruitment is predominantly a sales role and Consultants at Matchtech spend about 70% of their day on the telephone. It is mainly an office based role, although Consultants are encouraged to visit clients.
