Job description
Our client, a dynamic player in the IT sector, is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position suitable for individuals with a strong background in business development and sales, particularly within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving business development and sales initiatives within the IT sector
- Establishing and maintaining contacts within Tier 1 banks and Tier 2 financial institutions
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conducting regular client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Reporting on sales metrics and progress to senior management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in business development and sales within the IT sector
- Contacts within Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
- Understanding of business capital (nice to have)
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (one day a week in the office)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
