Job description
Our Client - one of the Leading Defense companies is looking for a skilled SOW Co-Ordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract at RAR Coningsby. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical part in maintaining and supporting Typhoon aircraft operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project tasks and activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Managing and updating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Typhoon Maintenance projects
- Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients both orally and in writing
- Utilising IT skills to support project coordination and documentation
- Providing support and expertise based on an aircraft engineering background
- Ensuring compliance with company and client standards and procedures
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and project documentation
Job Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, particularly in the Defence industry
- Knowledge and experience with the ESS system and IMS
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in IT and related software tools
- Understanding of Typhoon Maintenance procedures and requirements
- Background in aircraft engineering is highly desirable
- Ability to work full-time on-site at RAR Coningsby
