Reporting Lead (Workday Reports)
Location: Luton Airport - Hybrid 3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Do
As our Reporting Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our reporting framework and empowering stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Report Design & Inventory Management:
- Provide input into the design, inventory, and data dictionary for reporting.
- Review existing reports and define new, impactful ones.
- Sign off on all report design documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver best-practice reporting solutions.
- Leverage strong stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and support change initiatives.
- Validation & Testing:
- Participate in rigorous validation and testing processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Change Management:
- Identify areas of improvement, inform methodologies, and lead the charge to embed innovative ways of working.
