What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide critical EHS and security support to the EHS Manager at their Fareham site. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the implementation of EHS activities and objectives.
- Supporting EHS performance reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Assuring timely closure of EHS and agency findings.
- Contributing to the development of a robust EHS culture through engagement and team processes.
- Performing risk assessments to identify and mitigate EHS hazards.
- Tracking and maintaining accurate training records for site personnel.
- Collaborating on operational controls, preventive maintenance, and action resolution.
- Promoting a zero-incident safety culture and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in environmental, health, and safety program management.
- A NEBOSH Certificate in occupational safety (or equivalent).
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, or CHMM) is recommended.
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English.
