Job description
Key Responsibilities
-
Support the CDM Manager in overseeing and delivering major utility works on road, rail, and metro infrastructure projects.

Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate utility-related elements of large construction programmes.

Supervise all site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and statutory requirements.

Monitor project costs and track budgets, identifying efficiencies where possible.
What We're Looking For
-
SMSTS qualification (or equivalent)

Strong understanding of utilities coordination in highways, rail, or metro environments
- Proven ability to manage site activities, materials, and labour
-
Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and building standards

Excellent time management, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
