Just how gender diverse is the engineering workforce?
There is much discussion about gender diversity within engineering and whilst there are figures on the makeup of the engineering workforce (only 9% of the UK engineering workforce is female), these statistics alone don’t paint a full picture of opportunities and practices within the profession.
