Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy M365 solutions to meet the needs of the Defence & Security sector.
- Act as a primary escalation point for IT issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
- Ensure compliance with M365 security best practices and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.
- Oversee budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilisation.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Attend the Preston site as required, approximately 4-5 times over the contract period.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing and deploying M365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT Cloud and Cloud Security concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to function as an escalation point.
- Proficiency in communication and documentation.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Capability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Security Level:
- BPSS and SC security clearances.
