Our client, a leading name in data centre solutions, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin on a permanent basis. This role is central to the commercial management of a major data centre project in Dublin 15, providing a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure work packages from drawings and apply rates to develop package pricing
- Manage the project budget under the direction of the Project Director
- Oversee relevant client communications
- Compile and submit monthly reports in adherence to procedures
- Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Resolve disputes effectively between clients and subcontractors
- Ensure timely submission of claims and notices in line with contract terms
- Document cost changes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical proficiency
- Experience in the data centre sector is advantageous
